Shipping Policy & Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. If there will be a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines only and begin after the order has been processed.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided (where available) and may take up to 24 hours to become active.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that all shipping information is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist in resolving the issue. Please get photos of any damage.
