The Adyen S1F2 Charging Base provides a dedicated charging location for one Adyen S1F2 payment terminal.
The Charging Base is compatible with the Adyen S1F2 Protective Case, so a protected terminal can be placed directly into the charger without removing its case. It can also be used with an S1F2 terminal without the Protective Case.
This makes it particularly useful in retail, hospitality and other mobile payment environments where terminals are regularly picked up, used and returned to a consistent charging location.

Choosing Between the Charging Base and Charging Dock
If you use the Adyen S1F2 Protective Case, the Charging Base is the appropriate single-terminal charging solution.
The Adyen S1F2 Charging Dock is a different charging accessory and is not compatible with a terminal while the Protective Case is fitted.
